Shares are AVAILABLE to buy from 2nd May 2023 until 31st May 2023.

Step 1: Must have a Securities Account or Trading Account at SBI Royal Securities (SBIR) or any other securities firms licensed by Securities Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC). For new investor, please contact SBIR Representatives via 023 999 595/ 077 333 976/ 077 333 966 or Visit SBI Royal Securities Plc here.

Step 2: Deposit fund into CAMGSM PLC (Cellcard) subscription account and submit a completed subscription form, proof of deposit to SBIR or any of our selling agents. You may download the subscription form here.

Step 3: Wait for confirmation.

Everyone can buy Cellcard shares.

Each share is only KHR 2,270 or equivalent to USD 0.57, with a minimum purchase of KHR 400,000 or USD100 each investor/shareholder.

Note: the official exchange rate will be fixed on 24 April 2023 set by National Bank of Cambodia (5 days before subscription)

Correct! If you are a shareholder and an active Cellcard customer, you will receive a minimum guaranteed dividend of 7% per year for 5 years.

While capital gain tax has been stated to delay until 01 January 2024, there is also no tax on dividends for Cambodian residents. For a non-resident investor, there is a standard 14% withholding tax on dividends. However, the withholding tax is reduced by 50% for three years after the IPO.
