Turning trash to treasure in response to Earth Hour promise

Cellcard has made its first delivery of used plastic water bottles to Coconut School at Kirirom Mountain as part of its commitment to reduce plastics in the workplace.

Cellcard’s commitment as made during Earth Hour which saw more than 3000 people gather to mark the milestone in March this year.

Since the event, Cellcard has been saving up used plastic water bottles to donate to Coconut School, which recycles trash into art. Cellcard’s Administration team has also been focused on reducing plastics in general in offices across the country.

The activity is just one of many that shows Cellcard cares about Cambodian communities and the future state of the environment.
