Key Responsibilities

  • Creates of the Loyalty Program Go-to-Market and Marketing planning
  • Designs and presents the customer journey of the Loyalty program per segment
  • Launches and maintains all Loyalty Program
  • Manages of proprietary loyalty program is critical to delivering the right customer experience, supporting the growth objectives of the business, managing costs and profitability, and managing risk
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • At least 4 years proven working experience in loyalty, retention and customer lifecycle management
  • Previous experience using campaign management system/project management tools
  • English proficiency
  • Computer literacy
  • Be dynamic, team work and flexible
  • Good in organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
