  • Customers who have pre-ordered an electronic device are required to collect it within a maximum of 30 days following receipt of their collection appointment notification. Failure to collect the electronic device within this stipulated timeframe will result in its forfeiture. CamGSM Plc. reserves the right to subsequently sell the forfeited electronic device to other customers. However, should the pre-ordered electronic device remain unsold, the original customer may still proceed with its collection.​​
  • Customers are advised to meticulously inspect the purchased electronic device prior to leaving from the Cellcard’s office.​​
  • For the registration and activation of the provided special number SIM card, customers must present a valid Cambodian National Identity Card or passport.
