Terms & Conditions

1. The service is available only to Cellcard prepaid users and excludes mobile numbers from other operators;
2. The campaign period runs from 12 Sep 2022 until further notice;
3. You will be redirected from the Cellcard app to another mobile app environment;
4. You will be entitled to a $50 on-net bonus for data, voice and SMS with 7 days validity;
5. Bonuses received from a referrer will be charged in accordance with existing rule of bonus and main balance;
6. You will be entitled to bonus only after the successful opening of the e-account with the bank that you refer;
7. The referee is entitled to a one-time registration and one-time bonus per MSISDN after the successful creation of the e-account;
8. Once the bank e-account has been opened successfully, the user will receive a SMS notification confirming their $50 real-time bonus;
9. The Cellcard account must be active;
10. The referral code is not refundable and/or exchangeable for cash or credits;
11. Cellcard reserves the right to amend the Terms and Condition without giving prior notice.

The user agrees that they shall not violate any privacy laws, regulations or applicable codes of conduct relating to the protection of personal information of the End User, including but not limited to names and mobile telephone numbers, and shall not disclose the personal information of end users to any third party without the express consent of the End User or where specifically required or permitted by law to do so.
3. Transfer and Referral Data
   1. The user acknowledges that after clicking to use a certain product or service and giving consent information to the third party or Cellcard app, the user may be redirected to another party’s mobile app environment.
   2. The user acknowledges that after redirecting from the Cellcard app to the mobile app environment of a third party, Cellcard may abdicate its duty to protect the user’s rights and other information.
