TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The AO Data SIM will auto-renew when the customer either uses up their data before the expiry date or when the validity ends—provided there is sufficient balance in the main account.
• The validity of all AO Data SIM packages is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
• AO Data SIM allows multiple subscriptions. If the customer subscribes to the same or a higher-value package, the remaining data will accumulate. If the customer subscribes to a lower-value package, the remaining data from the previous package will be wiped out. The validity period will follow the most recently subscribed package.
• Customers currently using a AO Data SIM can switch to other cellcard plans. However, any remaining data will be wiped out upon switching.
• Customers using other cellcard plans cannot switch to the AO Data SIM.
• The AO Data SIM can be used only for data and receiving SMS. Customers cannot make outgoing calls, receive incoming calls, or send SMS.
• For AO Data SIM purchases made at cellcard offices, via the cellcard App, the price includes the cost of the SIM card or eSIM, as well as the phone number.
• The AO Data SIM will not be activated by default. Activation will only occur with the user’s prior consent.
• Customers can gift AO Data SIM only to recipients who are currently using a AO Data SIM plan through the following methods:
  • Dial *1612*Phone Number*1000# for AO Data SIM $10
  • Dial *1612*Phone Number*1500# for AO Data SIM $15
  • Dial *1612*Phone Number*2000# for AO Data SIM $20
  • Via the cellcard App: Select a AO Data SIM → tap “Gift” → enter the recipient’s phone number → then tap Send.
• The recipient’s number must be active and currently using the AOData SIM.
• Gifted AO Data SIM packages will not auto-renew.
• The validity of a gifted AOData SIM package is the same as that of each individual AO Data SIM.
• For purchases of AOData SIM at cellcard Store, cellcard App, on the official cellcard website, and at authorized resellers, the price already includes the cost of the SIM card or eSIM and the phone number.
