How to Register
You must register first before you can use Pass ‘n’ Talk. Simply select ‘new message’, type P2P and send to 7273.
You will receive a TMS confirmation with PIN code.
How to Transfer Credit
Press *133* phone number * $amount * PIN code # and then press send. You will receive a TMS, stating: “You have requested for a credit transaction of $xxx to phone number xxxxxxxx .Reply with a TMS, selecting 1 to continue or 2 to stop”. Send a TMS with your preferred option in order to continue.

How to Receive Credit
Credit will be automatically transferred to the recipient’s account. A TMS will be sent, stating: “Ur credit is $xxx (remaining credit + new credit). Credit is valid until
Changing Your PIN Code
Simply press *132* old PIN * new 5 digit PIN * repeat new 5 digit PIN # and then press send. You will receive a TMS, stating: “PIN modified successfully”.
If PIN modification is unsuccessful, you will receive a TMS, stating: “PIN modification failed. PIN 1 and PIN 2 must be the same”.
If you forget your PIN or your phone is lost or stolen, visit the MobiTel head office or re-register via TMS.

Charge per transaction: $0.10
Other commands (for any other TMS sent): $0.03
Note: Pass ‘n’ Talk credit will not affect call rates and credit validity period if the account is above zero credit. Any transfer to a receiving account with zero credit balance will expire after 48 hours. Additional free TMS offers are not applicable. A minimum amount of $1 can be sent. This service is for Cellcard users only and is non refundable in the case of error. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
