Need to top-up? No problem. We’ve made topping-up simple with a variety of ways that you can refresh your pre-paid Cellcard account.

Scratchcards
Scratchcards are sold in all Cellcard outlets, dealers and convenience stores, making it the most available top-up option you have. Scratchcards come in the following denominations: $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50.

To load, scratch the film-covered 14-digit validation number at the back of the scratchcard, then, on your phone

I-load
A dealer to customer phone-to-phone reloading system that allows you to top-up any amount starting at 25 cents. What’s great about I-load is that it allows you the flexibility to top-up with whatever you have in your pocket, or just exactly the amount you need to use at the moment.

To top up via I-Load, go to your nearest I-load dealer, indicate your top-up amount and your mobile phone number, and receive your load via SMS.

V-load
It’s the new breakthrough technology in Cambodia, available only through Cellcard. Dispenses $1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 worth of talk time via thermal paper. Upon purchase, the machine will print your 14-digit validation number.

ANZ
If you are an ANZ account holder, you can receive your 14-digit code easily and conveniently through your nearest ANZ ATM. Simply insert your card, punch in your card PIN, and select “Other Transactions” from the menu. Select your
preferred denomination and wait for your printed code.

Pass N’ Talk
Share your load with Cellcard Pass N’ Talk. It’s the Cellcard-to-Cellcard credit reloading system that’s fast and convenient. Now, you and your friends can always stay connected, anytime, anywhere.

How to Register

You must register first before you can use Pass ‘n’ Talk. Simply select ‘new message’, type P2P and send to 7273.
You will receive a TMS confirmation with PIN code.

How to Transfer Credit

Press *133* phone number * $amount * PIN code # and then press send. You will receive a TMS, stating: “You have requested for a credit transaction of $xxx to phone number xxxxxxxx .Reply with a TMS, selecting 1 to continue or 2 to stop”. Send a TMS with your preferred option in order to continue.

How to Receive Credit

Credit will be automatically transferred to the recipient’s account. A TMS will be sent, stating: “Ur credit is $xxx (remaining credit + new credit). Credit is valid until <date>”.

Changing Your PIN Code

Simply press *132* old PIN * new 5 digit PIN * repeat new 5 digit PIN # and then press send. You will receive a TMS, stating: “PIN modified successfully”.
If PIN modification is unsuccessful, you will receive a TMS, stating: “PIN modification failed. PIN 1 and PIN 2 must be the same”.
If you forget your PIN or your phone is lost or stolen, visit the MobiTel head office or re-register via TMS.

Charging Plan

Registration fee (for every TMS sent to 7273): $0.03
Charge per transaction: $0.10
Other commands (for any other TMS sent): $0.03

Note: Pass ‘n’ Talk credit will not affect call rates and credit validity period if the account is above zero credit. Any transfer to a receiving account with zero credit balance will expire after 48 hours. Additional free TMS offers are not applicable. A minimum amount of $1 can be sent. This service is for Cellcard users only and is non refundable in the case of error. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
