cellcard, a local digital telecommunications company providing extensive mobile services in Cambodia, has launched the trial testing of the 5Gx network at its booth to prepare for offering Cambodian people a new era of innovation and enhanced digital connectivity in Cambodia.

Neak Oknha Kith Meng, Chairman and CEO of Royal Group of Companies, joined government leaders and other telecommunications companies in launching the 5Gx network and stated: “As a Cambodian company, cellcard is firmly committed and ensures that Cambodian people will enjoy seamless access to modern communication technology that meets global standards. The rollout of the 5Gx network will be carried out gradually in Phnom Penh, Takhmao City, and several key provinces first, with plans to expand coverage to other provinces as network infrastructure continues to develop. This expansion of the 5Gx network to multiple areas will further strengthen Cambodia’s potential for digital innovation, taking it to a more prominent level.
