PAYGO (Pay-As-You-Go) rates apply when you use services not included in your active plan or bundle, or after your plan benefits have been fully used.

Charges are deducted directly from your main balance based on actual usage. 

To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend subscribing to a plan or add-on that matches your usage needs.

When do PAYGO charges apply? 

PAYGO rates may be charged when:

• Your included voice, SMS, or data benefits are used up.
• You use services not covered by your active plan.
• You send international SMS messages.
• You use mobile data without an active data package.

• International SMS is charged separately and may not be included in your plan benefits.
• Charges are applied based on actual usage.
• Rates are subject to change in accordance with cellcard's service policies and regulatory requirements.
