Terms and conditions:​

1.  All prices include 10% VAT.
2. For first-time registration, a 12-month contract is required, with 3 months’ payment in advance.
3. For any internet package purchased:
   1. Pay 5 months upfront and receive 1 month free.
   2. Pay 9 months upfront and receive 3 months free.
   3. Pay 13 months upfront and receive 5 months free.
4. One ONU device is provided free of charge on a loan basis. The customer must return the device upon service termination.
5. Free installation for distances up to 1 kilometer. For distances beyond 1 kilometer, charges will apply based on the rates set by the telecommunications infrastructure operator.
6. Relocation fees, if applicable, will be charged according to the rates set by the telecommunications infrastructure operator.
7. Include 3 free SIM cards (including phone numbers). Each SIM card receives 5GB of data and 100 on-net minutes per month, and can call the other provided SIM cards free of charge. Any remaining data and on-net minutes will not roll over to the next month. Customers can use these SIM card benefits only while the phone number is active and cellcard Home WiFi service package is valid. If a customer links a phone plan with the provided SIM card, internet usage or outgoing calls will first be deducted from the allowance provided by this offer. Once the offer's allowance is used up, deductions will then be made from the customer's linked phone plan.
8. These new conditions will take effect starting 23 July 2026 onward.
9. For SIM cards provided through the purchase of any of the above service packages before 23 July 2026, the following shall apply:
   1. Customers who purchased cellcard Home WiFi $18 or $29 service packages and received 3 or fewer SIM cards will continue to receive monthly benefits for each SIM card, including 3GB of data, 60 on-net minutes, and free calls between each other, until the contract's expiration date. Upon contract renewal, the terms and conditions detailed in the "Additional Offer" section above will apply instead.
   2. Any remaining data and on-net minutes will not roll over to the next month.
   3. Customers can use these SIM card benefits only while the phone number is active and cellcard Home WiFi service package is valid.
   4. If a customer links a phone plan with the provided SIM card, internet usage or outgoing calls will first deduct from the allowance provided by this offer. Once the offer's allowance is used up, deductions will then be made from the customer's linked phone plan.
