1. Customers are required to activate roaming services on their phone prior to using data in the countries and territories mentioned above. Activation can be done by dialing *1206#, dialing the specific pack code listed above, or via cellcard app.​
2. The validity of all above packs are calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the moment customers begin consuming data. Customers have a 30-day period from the date of successful subscription to start consuming data. If data usage does not begin within this 30-day period, the pack will expire and be forfeited.​
3. After consuming data, customers can subscribe to each pack multiple times. The data benefit will accumulate, and the overall validity period will align with the latest pack customers subscribe to. ​
4. Customers must maintain an active main account balance at the time they begin consuming data.​
5. Dial *1200# or *1206*0# to deactivate roaming services.​
6. All the above packs will not be automatically renewed.​
7. Data received under a pack can be used across countries and territories covered in that same pack. Customers do not need to resubscribe when traveling from one covered country to another, provided the pack remains valid and the data received has not been exhausted.​
8. If customers do not renew the pack after it expires or the data is exhausted, subsequent usage will be charged according to the standard roaming rate of cellcard and according to actual usage. ​
9. All the above packs will not be activated without customers’ prior consent.​
