Terms and Conditions:

This plan is available for all prepaid customers.
The validity of all plans is based on a 24-hour basis.
All plans will renew automatically when customers fully consume their data before expiry, or when the plan expires, provided there is sufficient balance in the main account.
Remaining benefits from previous plan (excluding the cellcard AO MOBILE $1 plan) — such as data, outgoing call minutes, and SMS — will enjoy uncapped rollover, carrying forward and accumulating with your next plan. The validity of these benefits will follow that of the new plan. Conditions for uncapped rollover and wipe-out of previous benefits:
- Roll Over:
  - Renew before plan expiry or multiple subscription
  - Auto-renewal right upon expiry
  - Upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan
  - Migrate to cellcard AO AI & cellcard AO GAMER
- Wipe-Out:
  - Downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan
  - Migrate to any plan outside of the cellcard AO MOBILE plan family, cellcard AO AI & cellcard AO GAMER
The bundle carry forward will last till 31 Dec 2028.
The subscription requires prior consent of the customer.
Customers can send cellcard AO MOBILE or cellcard AO MOBILE plans as gifts to other users who are also on cellcard AO MOBILE plans through the following methods:

- *1615*Phone Number*150# → for cellcard AO MOBILE $1.5 plan
- *1615*Phone Number*400# → for cellcard AO MOBILE $4 plan

- *1615*Phone Number*600# → for cellcard AO MOBILE $6 plan
- *1615*Phone Number*1000# → for cellcard AO MOBILE $10 plan
- Or go to cellcard app, select the plan and click “Send Gift” and input the recipient numbers.
  - The recipient’s phone number must be active (account valid) to use the gifted plan.
  - Gifted plans will not renew automatically after expiry.
  - The validity of each gifted plan follows the same validity as its respective plan type.
  - When consuming data, usage will be deducted from the earliest active plan first, whether from the main plan or the gifted one.
Additional Daily 1GB of Internet Data Offer for EBC Website Usage
- To receive this additional daily 1GB of internet data, customers must first have an account on the EBC website and subscribed to any of the above cellcard AO MOBILE plans. This offer begins when the customer activates any of the above plans or automatically renews the plan.
- The additional daily 1GB of internet data is provided based on the time the customer activates the plan or automatically renews it (24-hour policy). Customers can use this additional data as long as the plan and the main account remain valid.
- Any remaining additional internet data will not roll over to the next day.

Terms and Condition of Extra 5G Data

This additional benefit is only for new connections, early reconnection, automatic renewal and reconnection after the expiration of the AO MOBILE $1, AO MOBILE $1.5, AO MOBILE $4, AO MOBILE Student $5, AO MOBILE $6, or AO MOBILE $10 plan packages.
- (Customers who receive AO MOBILE $1, AO MOBILE $1.5, AO MOBILE $4, AO MOBILE Student $5, AO MOBILE $6, or AO MOBILE $10 plan packages as gifts will not receive this additional offer.)
In order to use the additional benefits received, the customer's phone or telecommunications device must have a 5G service function and the customer is required to activate the 5G service function in advance, and the customer must be in an area with 5G service.
The validity of the additional benefits is calculated on a 24-hour basis from the time of receipt. This additional benefit will be canceled upon expiration.
In case the customer receives multiple additional benefits, the additional benefits received are not combined. When using in an area with 5G network coverage, the system will deduct the additional benefits that were received first.
When customers use the Internet in an area with 5G network coverage, the system will deduct the additional benefits first.
