Terms and conditions:​

1. All prices include 10% VAT.
2. For first-time registration, a 12-month contract is required, with 3 months’ payment in advance.
3. For any internet package purchased:
   1. Pay 5 months upfront and receive 1 month free.
   2. Pay 9 months upfront and receive 3 months free.
   3. Pay 13 months upfront and receive 5 months free.
4. One ONU device is provided free of charge on a loan basis. The customer must return the device upon service termination.
5. A free public IP address is provided for customers subscribing to cellcard AO WiFi Fiber packages of $49 per month or above.
6. Free installation for distances up to 1 kilometer. For distances beyond 1 kilometer, charges will apply based on the rates set by the telecommunications infrastructure operator.
7. Relocation fees, if applicable, will be charged according to the rates set by the telecommunications infrastructure operator.
8. 1 cellcard AO DATA $10 (including phone number) with 60GB of data (renewable annually) is provided free of charge. If the customer terminates cellcard AO WiFi Fiber internet service, cellcard AO DATA’s benefits and validity will be canceled.
9. 4 additional SIM cards (including phone numbers) are provided free of charge for customers of any cellcard AO WiFi Fiber packages. These SIMs will get 5GB of data and 100 on-net minutes monthly, and can make free calls among themselves, provided that the phone numbers are active and cellcard AO WiFi Fiber internet package remains valid.
10. These terms and conditions will take effect starting 23 July 2026.
11. For SIM cards provided through the purchase of cellcard AO WiFi Fiber service package before 23 July 2026, the following shall apply:
    1. For the 1 SIM card linked with cellcard AO DATA $20, the plan’s benefits will continue to be provided free of charge (renewed annually) until the contract's expiration date. In the event that the customer terminates the internet service package, the benefits and validity of this provided cellcard AO DATA $20 will be canceled.
    2. For the other 4 SIM cards, free calls between them will continue to be provided until the contract's expiration date. Customers can use the benefit of free calls between them only while the phone numbers are active and cellcard AO WiFi Fiber service package is valid.
    3. Upon contract renewal, the terms and conditions detailed in the "Additional Offer" section above will apply instead.
