Terms and Conditions:
- The subscription fee includes VAT 10%.
- Customers may pay the subscription fee for 30 days (1 month), 90 days (3 months), 180 days (6 months), or 360 days (12 months).
- Customers can manage their subscription and check plan validity via the cellcard app.
- Router Device:
- Customers must purchase the router device from the company at the current sale price.
- $30 discount on the router device if customer pays 90 days (3 months).
- FREE Router device if customers pay 180 days (6 months) or 360 days (12 months).
- A physical SIM card (Phone Number) is provided to use with cellcard AO WiFi 5G router device. This SIM can be used for internet access and receiving SMS only. It cannot make or receive voice calls, cannot subscribe to mobile plans or services, and cannot be used with other telecommunication devices.
- Regular cellcard SIM cards used for mobile plans cannot subscribe to this plan.
- The plan will automatically renew after expiry if the customer has enough balance in the main account.
- Plan validity is calculated on a 24-hour basis starting from the time of successful subscription.
- To purchase cellcard AO WiFi 5G plan through any channels, customers must present a valid Cambodian national ID card (for Cambodian citizens) or a valid passport with a valid visa (for foreigners) for SIM registration and activation in accordance with
regulations. - Customers who have subscribed to the AO WiFi Wireless $15 plan will receive internet speed the same as the AO WiFi 5G $15 plan.
- Customers who have subscribed to the AO WiFi Wireless $18 plan will receive internet speed the same as the AO WiFi 5G $18 plan.
- Customers are required to place the router device in an open area, such as near a door or window, to receive better service coverage.
- The provided internet speed is applicable for both local and international speed.
- Minimum Speed for 5G coverage area: 30Mbps and 3Mbps for 4G coverage area.
