Terms and conditions:
- All prices include 10% VAT.
- For first-time registration, a 12-month contract is required, with 3 months’ payment in advance.
- For any internet package purchased:
- Pay 6 months upfront and receive 1 month free.
- Pay 12 months upfront and receive 2 months free.
- A free public IP address is provided for customers subscribing to cellcard AO WiFi packages of USD 49 per month or above.
- One ONU device is provided free of charge on a loan basis.
- The customer must return the device upon service termination.
- Free installation up to 500 meters. A fee of USD 100 applies for distances from 501 to 800 meters. For distances beyond 800 meters, charges will be applied based on the rates set by the telecommunications infrastructure operator.
- Relocation fees, if applicable, will be charged according to the rates set by the telecommunications infrastructure operator.
- One AO Data SIM (including phone number) with 50GB data (renewable annually) is provided free of charge. If the customer terminates the cellcard AO WiFi internet service,
the AO Data SIM benefits and validity will be cancelled. - Four additional SIM cards (including phone numbers) are provided free of charge. These SIMs can make free calls among themselves, provided that the numbers are active and the cellcard AO WiFi internet package remains valid.
