Khmer New Year Extra Data Promotion

When you top up your phone starting from $2, you will receive extra data to enjoy for yourself, plus extra data to send as a New Year gift to your loved ones.
Whether you are traveling to your hometown, playing traditional games, or sending greetings from afar, we want to make sure you have the data you need to share every happy moment together.
Terms and Conditions
- For top up from $2 till less than $6, users will receive 5GB validity 1 day to use for themselves, and 5GB validity 1 day for sharing.
- For top up above $6, users will receive 20GB validity 3 days to use for themselves, and 20GB validity 3 days for sharing.
- This promotion is for all cellcard prepaid customers.
- The bonus data validity is counted on a 24-hour basis starting from the time of
receipt. This extra data will be wiped out when it expires. - The extra data can be used for 5G services, and for 4G services if a customer is not in
5G coverage area. - To use the 5G service, the customer's device must support 5G, the 5G feature must be
turned on, and the customer must be in a 5G coverage area. - If a customer receives extra data multiple times, the extra data will not add up
together. - When using the internet, the system will first deduct from the "Extra data for self-
use" that expires the soonest. After the "Extra data for self-use" is fully used, the
system will deduct data from the customer's main active plan. - Customers can send the "Extra data for gifting" to other cellcard prepaid customers by opening the cellcard app, selecting the "Send bonus data", enter the recipient's phone number and click “Send Now”.
- Gifting Conditions:
- The recipient's phone number must have an active account to use the gift
data. - The validity of the gift data is the same as the "Extra data for self-use".
- If a customer receives gift data multiple times, the received gift data will not
add up together. - If the recipient has both "gift data" and their own "Extra data for self-use", the
system will first deduct from whichever data expires the soonest. After it is fully
used, the system will deduct data from the recipient's main active plan.
- The recipient's phone number must have an active account to use the gift
- Start and end dates: From 02 April to 16 April 2026.
