Terms and conditions:

• This program is available on the cellcard app and is exclusively for Prepaid and Hybrid plan users.
• Spins are valid for 24 hours from the time they are received, except for spins received on April 30, 2026, which are valid until 23:59 on the same day.
• Grand prize winners (including iPhone 17 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7, vivo V30 5G, and HUAWEI WATCH FIT 4 Pro) must contact cellcard Customer Service in advance and collect their prizes in person at the cellcard store Head Office, according to the scheduled time provided by the Customer Service team.
• General prize winners can claim their prize in person at any cellcard store.
• Both grand and general prize winners must claim their prizes in person during working hours, presenting their original Cambodian ID card, the cellcard phone number linked to their ID, and the prize code received from the program.
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 30 days, it will be forfeited.
• Winners of WOWNOW vouchers must enter the code received upon winning into the WOWNOW apps before payment and order placement. The discount details are:
  • 4,000 Riel discount on the WOWNOW - Taxi EV
  • 6,000 Riel discount on the WOWNOW - Food (minimum spend of 20,000 Riel)
  • Discount coupons are valid until May 31, 2026.
• Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• If a customer’s phone number becomes inactive, they will be unable to use their spins or take any actions on the cellcard app to claim prizes.
