Terms and Conditions:
- The subscription fee includes VAT 10%.
- This plan is available to customers located in areas with 4G coverage.
- Customers may pay the subscription fee for 30 days (1 month), 90 days (3 months), 180 days (6 months), or 360 days (12 months).
- Customers can manage their subscription and check plan validity via the cellcard app.
- Payment of this plan that has already been paid is not refundable.
- Router Device:
- Customers must purchase the router device from the company at the current sale price.
- $30 discount on the router device if customer pays 90 days (3 months).
- FREE Router device if customers pay 180 days (6 months) or 360 days (12 months).
- A physical SIM card (Phone Number) is provided to use with cellcard AO WiFi Wireless router device. This SIM can be used for internet access and receiving SMS only. It cannot make or receive voice calls, cannot subscribe to mobile plans or services, and cannot be used with other telecommunication devices.
- Regular cellcard SIM cards used for mobile plans cannot subscribe to this plan.
- The plan will automatically renew after expiry if the customer has enough balance in the main account.
- Plan validity is calculated on a 24-hour basis starting from the time of successful subscription.
- To purchase cellcard AO WiFi Wireless plan through any channel, customers must present a valid Cambodian national ID card (for Cambodian citizens) or a valid passport with a valid visa (for foreigners) for SIM registration and activation in accordance with current regulations.
- Customers are required to place the router device in an open area, such as near a door or window, to receive better service coverage.
- The provided internet speed is applicable for both local and global speed.
5G Experience Offer:
Customers who subscribe to cellcard AO WiFi Wireless plan in 5G coverage areas, will receive a 5G Experience trial offer as follows:
- cellcard AO WiFi Wireless $15: Minimum speed of 30Mbps and maximum speed of 100Mbps for 5G network trial usage.
- cellcard AO WiFi Wireless $18: Minimum speed of 30Mbps and maximum speed of 200Mbps for 5G network trial usage.
- This 5G trial offer is valid for 90 days from the date of first successful subscription. After the trial offer expires, internet speeds will revert according to 4G speed based on each plan as below:
- cellcard AO WiFi Wireless $15: Minimum speed of 3Mbps and maximum speed of 30Mbps.
- cellcard AO WiFi Wireless $18: Minimum speed of 3Mbps and maximum speed of 40Mbps.
The 5G trial offer is applicable for the subscription, starting from today until 19 May 2026.
