A signing ceremony was held today, November 11, 2024, at cellcard’s flagship Customer Experience Center at the iconic Royal Railway building. The event was graced by the presence of distinguished guests, including: 

• H.E. Sok Puthyvuth, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Project Management Committee on the Establishment and Operation of Education Nurseries Using Information and Media Technology.
• Lok Chumteav Kim Sethany, Permanent Secretary of State of the Ministry of Education and Vice President of the Project Management Committee on the Establishment and Operation of Education Nurseries Using Information and Media Technology.

The agreement was signed by Mrs. Cheng Sreytom, Director of EBC, and Mrs. Marina Pykhteeva, Division Chief Operating Officer, cellcard.
