  • For any purchase of an eSIM or switching from a physical SIM card to an eSIM through any channel, customers are required to present a valid Cambodian national ID for Cambodian citizens, or a valid passport with a valid visa for foreigners, in order to register and activate the purchased SIM card in compliance with the applicable regulations.​ ​
  • During the purchase of an eSIM, if cellcard’s system detects that the customer has already registered 5 SIM numbers, the system will not allow any further purchases.​ ​
  • After successfully purchasing an eSIM or upgrading from a physical SIM card to an eSIM, customers will receive a QR code via their email or Telegram, and the cellcard app.​ ​
  • Customers can use the received QR code to activate the eSIM, allowing them to transfer the eSIM to another phone or communication device. However, they must first delete the eSIM  from the old device before transferring. ​
