Terms and Conditions:

• Service Activation: To use mobile data while abroad, customers must activate the roaming service in advance by dialing *1206#, using the specific package USSD code, or via the cellcard app.
•  If no roaming package is active, Pay-Go rates will apply.
•  Auto-Renewal Policy: Roaming packages will automatically renew if the data is fully consumed before the package expires, and the main account has sufficient balance. If the main balance is insufficient, further roaming usage will be charged at the Pay-Go rate, based on actual usage.
• Non-Renewal on Return or Expiry: The roaming package will not auto-renew under the following conditions: Upon your return to Cambodia or When the package validity expires while still abroad.
• Multiple Activations: Customers may activate the roaming package multiple times. In such cases, the internet data will accumulate and the validity will follow the latest activation date.
• User Consent Requirement: Roaming packages will only be activated with the customer‘s explicit consent.
   

Specific Conditions for cellcard AO ROAMING Pack:​
 

• Validity Calculation: The validity of all the above packages is calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the moment the customer begins using the roaming internet. Activation Window (Grace Period): Customers have 30 days (the Grace Period) from the time of successful package subscription to start using the roaming internet allowance. If the customer does not start using the roaming internet within this Grace Period, the package validity will be cancelled.
• Account Requirement: The customer is required to have an active main balance at the time they start using the roaming internet allowance received.
• Deactivation: Dial *1200# or *1206*0# to deactivate the Roaming service and the cellcard AO ROAMING pack. If you want to deactivate only the subscribed package but keep the Roaming service active, you must dial *1206*100*5*0# for Laos or *1206*100*3*0# for Singapore.
• Automatic Renewal (Data Exhaustion): All packages will automatically renew when the customer uses up the roaming internet allowance before expiry and the customer's main balance has sufficient balance. However, if the customer's main balance does not have sufficient balance for the package renewal while roaming abroad, the subsequent usage will be charged directly from the main balance at the Pay-Go rate.
• No Automatic Renewal (Expiry or Return): All packages will not automatically renew when the package expires OR when the customer has returned to Cambodia.
• User Consent Requirement: All packages will not be activated to the user without their prior consent.
