Terms and conditions:

• The validity of all cellcard AO AI plans is calculated on a 24-hour basis.
• cellcard AO AI plan will be automatically renewed when the customers either use up their data before the expiration date or when the plan expires, provided there is sufficient balance in the main account.
• cellcard AO AI plan allows multiple subscriptions. The plan validity will follow the validity of the latest plan subscription.
• Remaining data from the previous plan will be rolled over to the next plan for early renewal, automatic renewal, or renewal within 7 days after the plan expires. The rolled-over data is limited to a maximum of 15 GB, and customers will see this data within 15 minutes after the plan is successfully renewed.
• If the customers switch from cellcard AO AI PRO plan to cellcard AO AI Student plan or any other plans, the remaining data from cellcard AO AI PRO plan and access to cellcard AO AI PRO plan’s website will be removed.
• If the customers switch from cellcard AO AI Student plan to cellcard AO AI PRO plan or any other plans, the remaining data from cellcard AO AI Student plan and access to cellcard AO AI Student plan’s website will be removed.
• If the customers switch from other plans to cellcard AO AI PRO plan or cellcard AO AI Student plan, the remaining data from previous plan will be allowed to be used until its expiry.
• cellcard AO AI plan will not be activated for users without their prior consent.
• Customers can send cellcard AO AI plan as gift only to recipients who are currently using a cellcard AO AI plan through the following methods:
  • Dial *1615*1*Phone Number*1# for cellcard AO AI PRO plan
  • Dial *1615*1*Phone Number*2# for cellcard AO AI Student plan
• Via cellcard app: Select cellcard AO AI PRO plan or AO AI Student plan → tap “Gift” → enter the recipient’s phone number
• The recipient’s number must be active and currently subscribes to cellcard AO AI plan.
• Gifted cellcard AO AI PRO plan and cellcard AO AI Student plan will not be automatically renewed.
• The validity of a gifted cellcard AO AI PRO plan and cellcard AO AI Student plan is the same as cellcard AO AI PRO plan and cellcard AO AI Student plan stated above.
• After subscribing to any cellcard AO AI Plan, customers can access each AI website with 3 devices.
• For the purchase of a new eSIM with the consents to subscribe to cellcard AO AI PRO plan or cellcard AO AI Student plan via cellcard app, customers will receive the new eSIM free of charge (excluding the cost of phone number).
