Terms & Conditions
- Customers who purchase any type of Cellcard Traveller SIM through any channel must comply with the regulations set by the regulator. This means proper registration with a valid National ID or Passport (KYC), and each ID is allowed to register only up to 5 SIM numbers.
- All registrations must be completed with valid identification documents and must comply with the standard regulatory limits.
- Customers using Cellcard Traveller SIM are also allowed to switch to any other Cellcard plan if they wish.
- The Cellcard Traveller SIM will not auto-renew, regardless of whether the data is used up before the expiry date or when the plan reaches its validity period. Customers can manually renew the package via the Cellcard App or USSD code if they wish to continue using the Cellcard Traveller SIM.
- Remaining data, minutes, and SMS will not be carried over to the next package.
- Customers who purchase the Cellcard Traveller SIM via the Cellcard App will not be charged for the eSIM.

- Customers who choose any type of Cellcard Traveller SIM will receive a 50% discount on 3 rides with Grab, with each ride discounted up to $2.
- Once the Cellcard Traveller SIM is activated for the first time, customers will receive a confirmation message with a code to use in the Grab App. The validity of the code is 30 days after the first use in the Grab App.
