Participation in the Cellcard Rewards Program is by invitation only. Cellcard reserves the right to determine individuals who are eligible to receive the rewards of the program. Eligibility will be determined based on your length of subscription to Cellcard and your level of spending.
Basic eligibility criteria includes the following:
-    Your length of subscription. You must have been with Cellcard for at least 12 months
-    Your usage and spending on Cellcard services. The more you spend with us the more rewards you get to enjoy
-    Your credit. You must have credit in your account, or, if you have 0 balance, you should at least be within the grace period during the time of evaluation. If you are eligible for the Cellcard Rewards Program, a notification will be sent to you via SMS.
Invitations to the program will be sent 4 times a year, together with a selection of rewards, valid for 3 months from the time of invitation.
Activate your Cellcard Rewards Program!
To accept your SMS invitation to join the Cellcard Rewards Program, and to activate your rewards programme, simply SMS “ON” to 1212.
You can also dial 1212 to register via IVR, register through our WAP page www.cellcard.com.kh/rewards, contact the call center at 812 or go to any Cellcard Office.
Please note that you need a complete customer profile on our system in order to register and access the rewards of the program.
If you do not have a complete customer profile, an SMS notification will be sent to you together with your invitation to join the Cellcard Rewards Program. You can then complete your customer profile at any Cellcard Office. This process will take approximately 2 working days.
Once you have successfully activated or registered to the Cellcard Rewards Program an SMS confirmation will be sent to you.

Choose your rewards!

After you register to the program, you can start choosing your rewards.
The Cellcard Rewards Program offers rewards falling into two categories – network service related rewards and lifestyle related rewards.
Network service related rewards. Get a chance to enjoy free calls, internet, downloads and discounts on some of Cellcard’s more premium services providing you better value and enjoyment.
Lifestyle related rewards will also be available in the form of exclusive discounts, VIP services and limited edition packages from partner establishments and many more offers.

All rewards are valid for a 3 month period from the time of invitation. You can check your usage and validity periods for each of your chosen rewards through SMS (1212). In addition to this, customers can monitor the balance and expiry date of their Jokes and Content Download package rewards through the main balance #124#.
When checking your jokes or content download package rewards through #124#, you will receive the following SMS message:
“YOUR MAIN BALANCE IS XX.XXUSD UNTIL XX/XX/XXXX.BONUS:XX.XXUSD, TILL XX/XX/XXXX. PRESS 1 FOR MORE OPTIONS, 0 TO EXIT”

1. What is Cellcards reward program?
The Cellcard Rewards Program is an exclusive program by invitation only, that provides rewards to Cellcard subscribers who have been with Cellcard for at least 12 months and have a preset minimum average monthly spend (determined by Cellcard). The program aims to reward our customers, and the more you spend the more benefits you will receive.

2. What is a reward period?
A rewards period is the duration of time when the benefits of a rewards program can be claimed or enjoyed by the program participants. The Cellcard Rewards Program has a reward period of 3 months. After 3 months a new reward period begins. Each reward period starts on the first day of the first month of the period i.e. August 1, November 1, February 1, etc.

3. What do I get from joining the Cellcard Rewards Program?
Participation to the program gives you more value. The more you use Cellcard, the more rewards you get. The program is free to participants. Once you are invited, you are entitled to enjoy a selection of rewards such as free calls, free internet, free content, discounts and special packages. What’s more the selection of rewards changes from period to period, giving you opportunities to enjoy different services and privileges.

4. How do you join the Cellcard Rewards Program?
Participation to the Cellcard Rewards Program is by invitation only. Invitation will be sent to qualified subscribers every 3 months coinciding with the rewards periods.
To be invited, you must meet the following criteria :
-    Your length of subscription. You must have been with Cellcard for at least 1 year
-    Your usage and spending on Cellcard services. The more you spend with us the more rewards you get to enjoy
-    Your credit. You must have credit in your account, or, if you have 0 balance, you should at least be within the grace period during thetime of evaluation

5. How long is my participation valid for?
Those invited to join are only eligible to participate in the program for up to 12 months, divided into 4 rewards periods. If you are invited to join the rewards program in August 2011 your eligibility and participation is valid until 31st July 2012.

6. What happens after my eligibility to participate expires?
After your eligibility to participate expires, your account will be re-evaluated according to your spending. If you meet the required spend criteria, your subscription to the program will be automatically renewed. Your reward allocation will depend on your revised average spend with Cellcard at this time.

7. Why have I not been invited?
An invitation to the Cellcard Rewards Program is sent only to those who meet the program’s requirements.
If you have not received an invitation to program, it is either because you have not been with us for at least 1 year, your spend does not meet the programs requirement, or your account was temporarily cut-off i.e. 2-way barred, during the time of evaluation.
Everyone who has been with Cellcard for 1 year will be invited to join the program in due course. Invitations to join the program will be sent every 3 months. To qualify for the next rewards periods, use Cellcard more!

8. Why do I need to complete my profile?
Everyone who is eligible to join the program must complete their profile so we can offer more services to meet your needs.

9. How do I complete my profile?
To complete your profile, go to any Cellcard Office.
Please bring the following with you for our reference:
•    Valid Cambodian Citizen ID card or
•    Valid Government Employee ID card with bearer’s address on, or
•    Valid National Police ID card with bearer’s address on, or
•    Buddhist Monk ID card

10. How do I register?
Once you receive your invitation to join the Cellcard Rewards Program, SMS “ON” to 1212 to register. You can also call to 1212 to register via IVR. A notification will be sent to you informing you that your registration to the Cellcard Rewards Program has been successful. For further assistance, call 812 or visit any Cellcard Office. 11. How do I quit Cellcard Rewards Program?
NOTE: When you quit the Cellcard Rewards Program, you forgo all rewards associated with the program in that reward period.
To quit or stop your Cellcard Rewards Program, SMS “OFF” to 1212 or dial 1212. An SMS notification will be sent to you confirming deactivation. 12. Why can I not register?
Participation to the Cellcard Rewards Program is by invitation only. Only those invited to join the program can register to activate their rewards account.

13. What rewards am I entitled to?
Rewards will include a choice of free calls, internet, content, discounts and special packages.
The selection of rewards provided to each participant is dependent on their spend. The more you spend on Cellcard products and services, the more rewards you get to enjoy. The selection of rewards are changed every rewards period; Rewards you choose to enjoy are valid for 3 months from the time of invitation. To find out what rewards you are entitled to dial 1212. 14. How do I select my rewards?
You can choose and claim your rewards by dialing 1212 or by sending your chosen reward option code via SMS to 1212.

15. How do I claim my rewards?
For free calls, content and internet usage, these will be credited to your account and you will be able to use them immediately.
To claim a discount on the Cellcard dongle, you will need to take your SMS confirmation to one of the Cellcard Offices before the 31st October and present it to the cashier. This will serve as your discount voucher.

16. How often can I select rewards?
Every reward period you will be entitled to select a number of rewards from the list provided to you. You can choose your rewards at any given time within the reward period. It is important to note however, that all rewards will simultaneously expire at the end of each reward period, after which, a new reward period begins with a new selection of rewards to choose from. You will receive an SMS reminder to choose your new rewards once they are available.

17. How do I check my rewards balance?
Check your rewards balance and validity by sending a blank SMS to 1212.

18. What happens if I don’t use up my rewards?
Your rewards are valid within 3 months from the time of invitation. At the end of the reward period, you will no longer be able to use your rewards and all unused reward credits will be considered expired. You will, however, be entitled to choose new rewards in the following rewards period.  

19. Why can’t I use the rewards I have chosen?
It is likely that you have used up your allocated reward allowance. Send a blank SMS to 1212 to check your reward status. For further assistance, call 812 or visit any Cellcard Office.

20. Where can I find terms and conditions of the rewards program. The terms and conditions can be found on here: (Click Here). You can also check the Cellcard Rewards Program leaflets available at all Cellcard Offices and selected Cellcard dealers.
 

1.  PARTICIPATION

   1.1  Participation in the Cellcard Reward Program is free and by invitation only. Only individuals can be Cellcard Reward Program participants.Identification of participant will be by MSIDIN number.
                i. Invitation to the Cellcard Reward Program is based on tenure and spend with Cellcard. Tenure is based on 1 SIM card usage or traceable SIM card usage according to CamGSM in-house systems. There is no flexibility in terms of eligibility or rewards offered.

   1.2  CamGSM reserves the right to at any time review the number of reward offers offered to participants. Criteria used in the review will include, without limitation, the participants billable usage of CamGSM services over a period of time. The criteria is not exhaustive.

   1.3  Selection of participants will be at the sole discretion of CamGSM. CamGSM reserves the right to review, change the privileges offered, and terminate a Cellcard subscribers right to participation in the Cellcard Reward Program without notice and for any reason.

    1.4  Participation and reward allocation in the Cellcard Reward Program is valid for one (1) year and continuation in the program (including the privileges attached to participation) is subject to the participant having fully met the renewal criteria set by CamGSM at its own discretion.

    1.5  Participation of the Cellcard Reward Program is optional, and eligible Cellcard subscribers will not be able to access the reward benefits until they opt-in. If eligible participants do not opt-in and accept the Cellcard Reward Program terms and conditions, then  they will not be able to participate in the Cellcard Reward Program.

    1.6  Abuse of the program by participants may result in the cancellation of participation in the Cellcard Reward Program.

    1.7  Privileges of participation cease automatically upon leaving, deactivating or terminating the CamGSM services. Participants have no access to reward benefits if their account is not active and in credit. Existing participants who are not in credit will have access to  their reward offers as soon as they top up.

2.  REWARDS

    2.1  Rewards are offered every 3 months and must be used within the specified time period. This could be calendar month which refers  to the 1st and last date of any specified month, or monthly such as between 15th September to 13th November, or within specific stated dates such as 12th October to 9th November.

    2.2  Selection of rewards can happen once or more than once within each reward period up to the number of rewards the member is entitled to each reward period. Rewards cease to be valid at the end of each reward period.

    2.3  Some rewards will only be valid for customers using certain CamGSM service-plans. Participants will be entitled to choose any reward but it will be the participants responsibility to ensure that they have the right phone package to access their chosen rewards.

    2.4  CamGSM reserves the right to change or remove rewards at any time.

3.  GENERAL

    3.1  Participation is subject to the terms & conditions of Cellcard Reward Program, and is non-transferable and entitles the participant to the benefits and privileges afforded by the Cellcard Reward Program.

    3.2  Participants may be required to show their reward coupons (SMS) on their phone to enjoy specified discounts or privileges.

    3.3  Participation of the Cellcard Reward Program cannot be transferred and does not entitle the participant to the privileges attached to the program tier unless the customer opts-in. CamGSM, their respective agents, representatives or business partners reserve the right to conduct verification exercises without prior notice to participants.

    3.4  Participants may be required to produce their mobile phone and SIM upon request by the business partners to enjoy specified
        discounts on the goods purchased or privileges.

    3.5  The business partners may at their own discretion not grant any discounts on sales or promotional items.

    3.6  All services and goods (services and goods respectively) made available to participants are provided on an as is and as available basis. CamGSM makes no express or implied representations or warranties in relation to the services and goods including but not limited to the satisfactory, fitness for purpose, merchantability, safety, legality, title and non-infringement of the services and goods. To the full extent permitted by law, CamGSM disclaims any and all such warranties.

    3.7  In no event shall CamGSM, its affiliated or related corporations, their respective agents, representatives or business partners be liable to any participant or third party authorised by or claiming through a participant whether in contract or tort for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, special or consequential or of any nature suffered by any participant or any other party resulting from the use or inability to use any of the privileges attached to the Cellcard Reward Program participation, including without limitation:

           i. any injury or death
           ii. any failure by the participating business partner to meet the terms & conditions on which it has been agreed to provide a privilege/discount/ service/goods
           iii. the suspension or termination of participation in the Cellcard Reward Program

    3.8  By opting in to the Cellcard Reward Program, a participant is deemed to have accepted without limitation or qualification all of these terms & conditions which will take effect on the date which the participant received confirmation of their participation by SMS.

    3.9  CamGSM reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time by SMS of these changes to the participants or posting the changes on the Cellcard website without prior notice. The participants continued use of his/her Cellcard Reward Program privileges following the communication of any changes aforesaid constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    3.10  CamGSM reserves the right, without prior consent of the participant to assign CamGSM rights and/or liabilities under these Terms & Conditions to any Affiliate of CamGSM, or any person or entity which acquires wholly or substantially all of the business and assets of the CamGSM. For the avoidance of doubt, Affiliate is defined as any person or entity Controlling, Controlled by, or under common Control with either the participant or CamGSM, as applicable. Control is defined as the possession, directly or indirectly, of the power to direct or cause the direction of management policies of an entity or the majority ownership if the voting securities of such an entity.

    3.11  CamGSM reserves the right to use information about participants from the database for planning and development of Cellcard promotional program.

    3.12  CamGSM reserves the right to contact participants at its own discretion with Cellcard or other promotional literature.

    3.13  The benefits and privileges for the participants may at the absolute discretion of CamGSM be amended, suspended or terminated with or without prior notice.

    3.14  CamGSM reserves the right to add, delete or amend these terms & conditions at any time and without prior notice.

    3.15  These Terms & Conditions are made in Khmer and in English. In the event of discrepancy between the English and Khmer versions, the English version shall prevail.
